Ramón Máynez Cervantes founds the Accounting and Auditing Firm, Máynez, S.C.

Both Armando Valera Benito and Víctor M. Topete Orozco make the decision of joining efforts, experience and goals to establish a Firm of significance: “Valera, Topete y Asociados”, an organization whose primary values are Honesty and Respect.

Máynez, S.C. becomes a member of Baker Tilly International, Ltd. assuming the name of Baker Tilly MGRD Auditores.

Valera, Topete y Asociados becomes a part of CPA Associates International, a Global Association of Accounting Firms founded in 1957.

Valera, Topete y Asociados and Baker Tilly MGRD Auditores in their quest to strengthen their selection of services and to improve their level of competence, fortunately concur not only in times of change, but also in their work philosophy whose essential objective is to “provide the highest quality service and a customized assistance to our clients”.

This is how through the integration with other Mexican agencies a new firm was created: BAKER TILLY MEXICO, S.C.

The new name resulted from the fact that the integrating firms chose Baker Tilly International as their international association, which holds the 8th place among the Accounting Firms and Associations of Accounting Firms worldwide.  With such representation and affiliated agencies, this new Firm with a total of 44 Partners and 315 employees covers a great extension of the Mexican Territory.
